Contribution-Based Scholarship for Underprivileged Students

Leadership and Communication (LnC) is a program organized by CAMPUHAN College under the Karuna Bali Foundation. For more than 17 years, the foundation has been committed to providing equal access to quality education for young people in Bali and surrounding areas—regardless of their economic background.

Karuna Bali Foundation believes that every individual, whether from privileged or underprivileged families, has the same right to access quality education.

“We believe that every young person deserves access to quality education. Through the Contribution-Based Scholarship, families can determine their own monthly contribution according to their financial capacity. This is not merely assistance, but a shared commitment toward the future.”

Contribution-Based Scholarship Pathway

For students from underprivileged families, a Contribution-Based Scholarship is available—not a fully free scholarship, but an affordable and flexible contribution scheme.

  • Monthly contribution: IDR 150,000 – IDR 500,000
  • Amount determined by the family based on their financial capacity
  • Paid monthly for 12 months
  • Represents a shared commitment between students, families, and the foundation

With this scheme, education is not merely assistance, but the result of active collaboration among all parties.

Self-Funded Pathway

For students from financially able families, the program is available at full cost:

  • Program fee: IDR 25,000,000
  • Payment according to program terms

General Requirements

  • Highly motivated to learn and develop oneself
  • Demonstrates social awareness and empathy
  • Has a strong intention to build self-confidence
  • Minimum high school/vocational school graduate or equivalent
  • Aged between 18 – 22 years old
  • Submit a personal motivation letter (minimum 500 words)
  • Pass the selection process

The maximum file size for each document is 10MB, with the following file naming format:

  • Motivation Letter: SM_applicant-name
