Have you ever felt that your colleagues are always defensive when given feedback?
"Do your organization’s discussions focus more on blaming each other than on solutions?"
"Are you tired of drama at work that could actually be avoided with more sincere communication?"
The Calling of Compassion is a workshop that is focused on the quality of relationships and how individuals are able to be present in relationships. This workshop was born from the reality that many workplace conflicts are not caused by differences of opinion, but by defensive, judgmental, or lacking empathy communication.
Inspired by the Nonviolent Communication (NVC) principles, participants are invited to reconnect with feelings and needs, both their own and others'. In a safe and supportive learning space, participants practice honest self-expression without blame, as well as listening with full presence so that others feel truly heard.
Through this process, conflict is no longer seen as a threat, but as an opportunity to deepen connections and build more sincere collaborations. The Calling of Compassion complements LET by strengthening the relational dimension of leadership, creating a sense of safety, trust, and collaboration that often forms the unseen foundation of healthy and empowered teams, so that every step is guided by the healing energy of compassion.
Workshop duration: 3 days (18 hours total)
