Capung Melajah comes from the word "Capung" taken from the ancient animal Dragonfly which symbolizes transformation/growth/evolution, while the word 'Melajah' is formed from two words: 'Melajah' (in Balinese) which means Learning, and 'Exploring'. The department is committed to provide services and a safe space for individual who would like to develop, explore, and transform themselves to be better. The department has two sub-departments, those are Youth Program and Life Skill.

This sub-department provides a scholarship called Yowana Kreatif. This educational scholarship is aimed for young people aged 18-22 years who have high motivation to build their self-confidence to determine their purpose of life. This program aims to help young people in Bali to be able to face challenges and make positive changes for themselves.
