Bringing Values to Life from Within: CAMPUHAN College Students Discover Themselves Through Living Values Education
A warm and energetic atmosphere immediately welcomed the first-year students of the Leadership and Communication program at CAMPUHAN College. Over three meaningful days, 4th to 6th August 2026, they joined a Living Values Education workshop—a safe and reflective space designed at the start of their journey to look inward and reconnect with positive values that may have faded over time.

Witnessing their progress during the workshop was a heartwarming gift for the facilitators. Slowly but surely, self-doubt faded away, replaced by a growing spark of confidence. Within this values-based environment, they didn't just sit and listen to theory; they practiced wholeheartedly: learning to listen with empathy, offering genuine appreciation, weaving peace back together through conflict resolution, and deeply absorbing every values-based activity. These life skills will guide their steps not only on campus, but also in the wider community.

Reflecting on their experience, the students shared touching testimonials. Everyone was delighted by the positive changes within themselves. The various activities and welcoming atmosphere of the workshop helped them become braver in expressing themselves and more active in participating. This workshop was more than just a training session; it was a clear mirror that helped them rediscover their self-worth."
Moving forward, these newly realized positive values will be continuously practiced in regular leadership classes. Both students and facilitators are committed to cultivating a learning atmosphere that brings values to life—where every individual feels loved, understood, valued, safe, and respected. Because ultimately, this is the kind of space they need: a space where they are given the opportunity to grow, shine with their best qualities and values, and actively live them out in every communication, relationship, and step of their lives.
